I will never enter into a client relationship in which I know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith.

I will always be honest in making recommendations: I will not tell clients what they want to hear if it is not realistic. Consequently, I will never enter into an agreement with a client whom I know remains unrealistic in regards to home purchasing and value. I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients, while my competitors may tell those clients what they want to hear to attract their business.

I will always treat all parties honestly and fairly and will list/show properties without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, ancestry, national origin, handicap, or family status.
